RULES FOR ENTRY

1. All applications must be in ENGLISH.
2. Applications must reach the World Travel & Tourism Council by 2 December 2009.
3. All projects / organisations must have been in operation for at least 3 full years.
4. Only complete entries will be considered.
5. Projects / organisations may only submit ONE entry in any given year.
6. Entries must be for ONE category only.
7. Entries may be submitted online via www.tourismfortomorrow.com, sent in by email, fax or post.
8. Applications MUST provide full contact details for two independent references not directly associated with the business or project. Only references for the finalists will be contacted.
9. Finalists may be asked to provide supporting materials including photos, videos, newspaper articles, brochures etc. Do not include such supporting materials with your application.
10. Judges may not be contacted by the applicant during the judging process.
